4-kana answer: まんげつ
Meaning
満月 means a full moon, when the moon appears round in the night sky.
Example sentences
夜空を見上げると、丸い満月が浮かんでいました。
Yozora o miageru to, marui mangetsu ga ukande imashita.
When I looked up at the night sky, a round full moon was hanging there.
今夜は満月だから、月を見に外へ出よう。
Kon'ya wa mangetsu da kara, tsuki o mi ni soto e deyō.
It’s a full moon tonight, so let’s go outside to look at it.
Note
The moon’s appearance changes over time. 満月 is when it looks round, while 新月 is when the moon is barely visible.

Meaning
A person's grandmother, such as their parent's mother. It can also be used affectionately when speaking to an older woman.

I ate cookies baked by my grandmother.
お祖母さんに、昔の写真を見せてもらいました。
Obāsan ni, mukashi no shashin o misete moraimashita.
My grandmother showed me some old photographs.
Note
Obāsan is a familiar way to say grandmother. When speaking more formally about one's own grandmother, people may use sobo.
